Week 8 – The Boysenberry

Week 8 is here, this is where a mild case of spotting sent me to experience the joys of the US ER facilities. Seems that doctors and urgent care facilities don’t like self-paying visitors from other countries. The spotting was really mild, and I had it often throughout Round 1. Then again, needed Rhogum, so off I went. I did get to see a boysenberry-sized heart beat, so that was awesome! 🙂

The nausea is still there (duh). And man, I am tired. But aside from a lack of growth in my upper body, this is exactly how it went last time.

Still no (baby) belly, and we hadn’t really decided on an angle/a perspective yet. But hey, we’ve got some 32 weeks (plus or minus 3) to figure it out, so we’ll be fine! 😀

Oh, and are those boysenberries? Or blackberries? I can never tell the difference. They taste yummy, which is why DD ate it halfway through the shoot. Oops. She remembers that when we show her the pics. 😀

Week 7 – The Blueberry

Oh my, the nausea! Wow, I had forgotten from Round 1 how rough those days where…luckily, I don’t REALLY get sick, I just feel really really awful day in and day out (notice my refusal to call this morning sickness 😉 ). Pasta with ketchup it is, worked well first time around.

Can’t see much of a belly yet. Baby belly, that is.
